Day 15: Homemade Chicken Stew – 20 days of real family dinners POV: You’re tired, possibly emotionally fragile, and you want dinner that tastes like a hug. This chicken stew is it. It’s one pot. Minimal effort. Maximum comfort. Freezes beautifully. And yes, you can totally skip the wine if you already drank it while cooking.
